COMPLETE Frank Arthur Dyke and Christina Riley

When Frank Arthur Dyke was born on August 8, 1889 in Crewe, Cheshire, England, his father, Edwin Henry Dyke (1845-1923), was 44 and his mother, Selina Charlotte (nee Webb) (1848-1937), was 41. He had five brothers and four sisters.

Frank married Christina Riley in 1911 (after the census). A marriage record hasn't been located.

Christina Riley was born on April 30, 1891 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

Frank and Christina had four children, including two sons and one daughter:

• Gladys Dyke (1918-?) married Ernest Wilkins (1918-?)
• Edwin Charles Dyke (1922-1985) married Ellen Ethna Kavanagh (1931-2017)
• Kenneth Dyke (1927-2005)

In 1935, we find Frank and Christina on an electoral register at 4 Rupert Street in Birmingham (can't locate the home on modern maps).

In 1939, the family is at 277 Witton Lodge Road at Birmingham.

Christina died in 1944 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, at the age of 61. Frank survived four more years and died in March 1948 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England, at the age of 58. The couple is buried at Gorton Cemetery in Manchester.
